RedFlag uses Shopify's Webhooks and runs automatically when an order is created in your store.
BASIC plan functionality
It automatically analyzes the order information using Shopify’s Order Risk API and depending on app settings, will cancel or notify the store owner of potentially fraudulent orders. If the order is considered high risk, RedFlag automatically cancels it, refunds/voids the payment (if any), restocks your inventory, and emails a cancellation confirmation to you and the customer (optional).
PREMIUM plan functionality
With PREMIUM plan you can create rules based on order details you suspect could be suspicious and want to review or block. Each rules consist of one or more conditions that needs to be met for the rule to be triggered on orders.

The app automatically analyzies the order information and applies specifications based on set Rules.
If an order matches all Conditions of any Rule, the app automatically applies the set Action (i.e, refund/void the payment (if any), restock your inventory, email a cancellation confirmation to you and the customer (optional), tagging the order).
"Order canceled" template used when canceling the order,
"Order refund" template used when order is refunded.
